County Invoice Payments Home Page
Welcome to the Ramsey County Invoice Payment system. Use this system to look up invoices related to a Customer Number that has been assigned by the County. To authenticate to our system, you will need to know the Customer Number and an Invoice Number associated to that Customer Number - either paid or open - in the last 3 years. You will need this information for each unique Customer Number you wish to associate.
Pay as a Guest
You can make a one-time payment by first authenticating with a Customer Number and an Invoice Number (paid or open) from the last 3 years. You can then make a payment with or without an Invoice.
With this system, you can also create an online account. Creating an account will allow you to associate customer numbers for ease in invoice review, save payment methods, and view your payment history.
